ReadyCourt

Privacy notice

The short version: ReadyCourt asks for your name and one way to contact you, uses it to manage your court booking, and nothing else. No marketing lists, no selling your details, and other customers never see your name.

Last updated August 2026. Open any question below for the detail.

What information do you collect?

Only what a booking needs:

  • Your name, so staff know whose slot it is.
  • A phone number or an email address (one is enough), so we can confirm your booking or reach you if something changes.
  • Number of players and any notes you choose to add. Both optional.
  • The booking itself: which court, which date, which hours, the amount, and whether it has been paid.

We do not ask for your address, your birthday, or an ID number. We never handle your card details or your GCash, Maya or bank login. If you pay by transfer or QR, that happens entirely inside your own payment app.

What do you use it for?
  • Holding the slot you picked and keeping anyone else from booking it.
  • Sending you your tracking number and, later, your confirmation.
  • Matching your payment to your booking using that tracking number.
  • Contacting you if the court floods, a match overruns, or the venue has to close.
  • Keeping the sales records a business is required to keep for tax purposes.

That's the whole list. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use your details to advertise anything.

Who can see my details?

Staff at ReadyCourt who handle bookings, and nobody else.

Other customers cannot see your name. When someone else looks at the booking page, your slot shows only as "Booked". No name, no phone number, no note. That is deliberate, and it works the same way for everyone.

We do not sell your details, rent them out, or hand them to advertisers or data brokers. The only time we would give your information to anyone else is if a court or a government agency legally required it.

Is my tracking number a password?

Close enough that you should treat it like one. Anyone holding your tracking number can look up that booking's status, so don't post it publicly or in a group chat.

It only ever reveals that one booking. It cannot be used to change it, cancel it, or see anything else, and repeated guessing at the tracking page is rate limited.

How long do you keep it?

Your booking record is kept while it is active and afterwards as part of the venue's sales records, which businesses are required to retain for tax and audit purposes.

A cancelled booking is marked cancelled rather than erased, for the same reason: a bookkeeper has to be able to explain a gap in the numbers.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

No advertising cookies, no analytics pixels, no third-party trackers.

The page stores two small preferences in your own browser: whether you chose light or dark mode, and whether you prefer the timeline or grid view. They stay on your device, are not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes them.

What are my rights, and how do I use them?

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see what is held about you, correct anything wrong, object to how it is used, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal requirement to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent, though that may mean the booking cannot go ahead.

To do any of that, contact the venue you booked with and quote your tracking number so they can find the right record.

How is it kept safe?

Access needs a staff login, and staff can only ever see their own venue's bookings. Staff accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form.

No system is beyond reach. If something did go wrong in a way that put your details at risk, you would be told rather than left to find out.
